Mr. Marcellus Phillip – Chief Executive Officer (Ag.),
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Marcellus Phillip is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a holder of a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Mr. Phillip joined SCASPA in 2008. Formerly he was a Managing Director of an Investment subsidiary company owned by the Ports Authority in St. Lucia.
Marva Burroughs – Corporate Affairs and Public Relations Manager
Ms. Marva Burroughs joined the ranks of SCASPA in 2012. She pursued a Bachelors of Arts at the University of the Virgin Island in English and Speech Communications and Theatre and a Masters Degree in Advertising and Marketing in Britain. Ms. Burroughs has been in Public Relations and Marketing for 13 years, first at St. Kitts-Nevis National Bank and then at St. Kitts Nevis Development Bank, prior to the continuation of this career path at SCASPA.
Loui Hendrickson – Seaport Manager
Mr. Loui Hendrickson has been with SCASPA for approximately 29 years and has served in several capacities including Cruise Manager. His training includes but not limited to Port Management and Development, Shipping Logistics and Improving Port Performances (IPP 1-2).
Shelley Isles – Legal Counsel
Ms. Isles has been a Barrister and Solicitor for over 10 years. She has worked in private practice in both St. Kitts and Nevis and appeared in the Court of Appeal as well as the High Court and Magistrate Court. She also served as a Crown Counsel in the Ministry of Jsutice and Legal Affairs for three years. She has held the position of Legal Counsel for almost five years.
Elsworth Warner – Airport Manager (Ag.)
Mr. Warner has successfully completed training in Meteorology, Air Traffic Control, Aeronautical Information Services and Aviation (with exposure to Airport Safety Oversight)….He was appointed to the position of Senior Air Traffic Control Officer in 2003 and later as Airport Manager (Ag.) in 2010.
Raymond Cotton – Security Manager – PFSO
Mr. Raymond Cottom joined SCASPA in 2011 with 32 years of experience in the field of Security Admnistration. Prior to his retirement from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Force, he served as Superintendent responsible for Division Police District ‘B’ on St. Kitts and Commandant of the Police Training School.
Tuffida Stewart – Chief Accountant
Ms. Stewart is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the UK; holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a certificate in International Auditing. Prior to joining SCASPA in November 2007, Ms. Stewart worked extensively in the field of Auditing with Public Accounting Firm PKF Grenada and PKF Trinidad and as Financial Controller of Grand Royal Antiguan Beach Resort, Antigua.
