The St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority (SCASPA) invites expression of interest for the  RLB INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL APRON PAVEMENT EVALUATION , PAVEMENT REHABILITATION DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE .

Interested construction firms with airfield pavement experience within the Federation,  or with local interest are requested to write a letter to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, SCASPA in a sealed envelope entitled “ Expression of Interest for RLB Terminal Apron Pavement Evaluation and Rehabilitation” on or before August 15th, 2023.

Interested firms are requested to direct any queries by email to Mr. Jonathan Bass, Chairman of the Board of Directors (SCASPA) by email at jonathan.bass@scaspa.com with the captioned subject “Expression of Interest RLB Terminal Apron Pavement Evaluation and Rehabilitation”.

SCASPA’s website will be updated with general information on the project, but specific interested parties are requested to kindly direct their enquires to the Chairman of the Board as indicated.

For queries related to site visits to ascertain site conditions at the airport by interested parties,   these must be addressed to  Ms. Adeola Moore, CEO of SCASPA by email at adeola.moore@scaspa.com at least 48 hours in advance of any proposed visit, and must be covered by the subject caption “Expression of Interest Rehabilitation of the RLB Terminal Apron”.
