BIRD ROCK, ST. KITTS, April 20, 2015, (SCASPA) – The St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority today confirms that the scheduled port call of the Carnival Liberty for Friday, April 24, 2015, has been cancelled.

The cancellation was a decision made by Carnival Cruise Line in light of ongoing wind conditions and continuing repairs to the ship’s thruster system.  The ship will instead call at Antigua.

“We look forward to the return of the Carnival Liberty to its regularly scheduled calls to St. Kitts. In the interim, itinerary decisions will be made as needed,” said Carlos Torres de Navarra, Vice President, Commercial Port Operations for Carnival Cruise Line.
