BIRD ROCK, St. Kitts, March 12th 2014 – The instalment of new immigration booths in the Arrival Hall of the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (RLBIA) is part of SCASPA’s Airport Renovation Project, that begun in the last quarter of 2013.
Facilities Manager of SCASPA, Mr. Rosevelt Trotman, indicated that the installation of the news booths will not only improve the Immigration Services at the airport but improve the travellers experience as well.
“The expansion of the arrival terminal is part of our thrust of continual improvement to enhance the experience of visitors and patrons to RLBIA. Our expanded space with its exquisite finish, new stanchions, increased and updated immigration booths and Qtrac electronic queuing system will add to the comfort and service of all.”
In addition to the booths, the Arrival Hall has been increased by 1,560 sq ft. and can now comfortably accommodate an additional 200 passengers.
