BIRD ROCK, St. Kitts, March 12th 2014 – Representatives from the St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority (SCASPA) along with key local stakeholders in the cruise industry are currently attending the leading cruise industry event, the annual Cruise Shipping Miami at the Miami Beach Convention Centre.
The event is attended by a large number of suppliers, qualified buyers, industry experts and decision makers and the latest market information and trends are closely looked into. More than 979 exhibiting companies participate in the event, which also offers grand networking and material sourcing opportunities.
This year, SCASPA is represented by Chief Executive Officer of SCASPA, Mr. Jonathan Bass, Seaport Manager of SCASPA, Mr. Loui Hendrickson, and Corporate Affairs and Public Relations Manager, Ms. Marva Burroughs.
At this premier cruise industry event, the delegation attends open and private sessions with key cruise executives and exhibits the destination and our services to cruise lines and tourists. The team is marketing St. Kitts as a major cruise destination and SCASPA’s second cruise pier that is under construction which would be able to accommodate two Oasis class cruise ships.
