“I am overwhelmed with this new role. I feel this is a huge accomplishment for me to be governing 11 member Caribbean territories of the ASCCCPA and I feel proud to know that my colleagues have confidence in me to lead and represent them in this Association. For that I am honored and I am grateful.”
The Association is governed by an Executive Committee comprising six (6) members – President, 1st Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Secretary/Tresurer and Public Relations Officer. These persons are elected every two (2) years at the Association’s Annual General Meeting during the Whitsuntide Games.

She has been a member of the ASCCCPA since its inception in 2002 and became the General Secretary to the said Association in June 2014. Forward into 2016, Ms. McLean’s profile has now been raised to President of the Association.
The Whitsuntide gaming weekend falls under the umbrella of the ASCCCPA’s objectives to encourage social, sporting and cultural links among staff of the Port Authorities in the Caribbean through local sports and cultural clubs.
On Monday 16th May 2016 the event closed its curtains with a picnic and an island tour.
